Neliel Tu Oderschavank Sprite

Wow, my goodness,
It's been a whole month since I last submitted a new Sprite on here.
I've been working on this Sprite of Nel for quite some time now but I didn't like how she was turning out so I did complete her very quickly. But here she is finally! ^^
I made her using Graphics Gale. The whole thing is made custom by me.
